Terms of Service & Buyer Protection

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Marketly (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Marketly provides a multi-tenant marketplace connecting independent store sellers (“Sellers”) with customers (“Buyers”).

2. Marketplace & Storefront Model

Sellers operate independent online storefronts under their own brand names and custom domains. Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, fulfillment, and customer communication. Marketly facilitates payments, security verification, and platform dispute resolution.

3. Buyer Protection & Guarantee

All purchases made through Marketly checkout are covered by our Buyer Protection Policy. If an item is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe or is received in damaged condition, Buyers are eligible for a full refund through our Support Resolution Desk.

4. Payments & Financial Ledgers

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Commission rules, seller wallet balances, and payout schedules are tracked in real-time. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent transactions are investigated by Marketly Risk Review.
